Even with the softest blanket on the planet, sometimes it can be hard to sleep at night. Anyone else have a hard time shutting off your brain after a day of being everything to everyone? We know we’re not the only ones.

Luckily, there’s something that pairs perfectly with extreme comfort! We found this recipe from heartbeet kitchen and had to try it. Ever heard of Moon Milk? Not only is it incredibly pretty, it touts some pretty sweet benefits.

Did you know that tart cherries are a natural source of melatonin? (We can feel our eyes getting droopy already). Plus, Ashwagandha root powder is said to help reduce stress and anxiety AND inflammation (among other things). *Don’t use this ingredient if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an autoimmune disease.
